Paignton is a seaside resort town situated in Devon, England. Together with Brixham and Torquay they form the unitary authority of Torbay, also known as the English Riviera. Paignton is the second largest of the three towns and has some of the finest sandy beaches in Devon, it is very popular with visitors of all ages. Most of the Paignton is level with the seafront and its beaches, harbour, Paignton pier, all within easy reach. The town is home to many festivals, events and exhibitions throughout the year.
